Support the Mission: Bridging Faith and Mental Health

Support the Mission: Bridging Faith and Mental Health

There are moments in life when you realize your story was never just for you.

The pain, the healing, the growth… it all starts to make sense when God begins to use it. Not just to transform you, but to reach others.

That’s where I am right now.

God is opening doors I could have never planned on my own. Doors that are stretching me, growing me, and reminding me that this calling is so much bigger than me.

One of those doors is taking me to Tennessee.

I’ve been given the opportunity to speak to fellow counselors about something that is deeply personal to me and powerfully needed, bridging the gap between faith and secular practices within community mental health.

For so long, people have felt like they had to choose.

Choose between their faith or therapy.
Choose between prayer or professional support.
Choose between being spiritually strong or emotionally honest.

But healing was never meant to be divided.

You can love God and still need support.
You can pray and still go to therapy.
You can be full of faith and still be working through real life struggles.

And I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when both worlds come together. When clinical understanding and spiritual truth meet, people don’t just survive… they begin to truly heal.

But Tennessee is just one part of what God is doing.

He is also opening the door for me to go to England, where I will be helping put on a women’s conference at a start up church. A space for women to gather, be poured into, and encounter healing in a real and powerful way.

And there are even more opportunities unfolding that I can’t fully share yet, but I can say this… God is moving.

This is not just travel.
This is not just speaking.

This is purpose in motion.

It’s about creating spaces where people can heal fully, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It’s about helping professionals, women, and communities experience a deeper level of healing that doesn’t force them to choose between faith and support.

But I don’t want to do this alone.

Missions are meant to be carried by community. By people who believe in the vision and want to be part of something bigger than themselves.

If you’ve ever been impacted by my story, my words, or the work that I do, I invite you to partner with me.

You can support this mission through prayer, through sharing, and through giving.

You can also purchase a “Support the Mission” t shirt as a way to sow into what God is doing and help carry this message further than I could on my own.

Every seed sown is impact.
Every act of support helps reach someone who needs healing.

Thank you for believing in what God is doing.
Thank you for helping me walk this out.
And thank you for being part of the mission.
